Potting technology brings more than just waterproof performance. Actual test data shows that potting-encapsulated chargers achieve approximately 20% higher heat dissipation efficiency than ordinary chargers, lowering the operating temperature of components and extending service life accordingly. Meanwhile, the potting structure prevents dust and corrosive gas erosion on circuit boards, presenting unique advantages in coastal areas, chemical plants and other special environments. Waterproof products require stricter quality control than ordinary chargers, as sealing failure may render the entire unit unusable. Multiple waterproof inspection procedures are set during the production of our Waterproof battery charger: functional testing of circuit boards before potting, the first air tightness test after potting, and water immersion test and high-voltage test upon finished product assembly completion. Our quality inspection team randomly selects units for a 48-hour water immersion aging test to simulate the harshest operating environments and guarantee qualified waterproof performance for every batch. The potting adhesive we use is sourced from well-known brands, featuring excellent thermal conductivity, insulation and weather resistance, maintaining stable performance within a temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃.

Potting production imposes high requirements on processes and equipment. Our factory features a dedicated potting production line equipped with automatic visual dispensing machines that precisely control glue volume and glue paths to ensure consistent potting quality across all units. The potting workshop is equipped with a constant temperature and humidity system to meet process requirements for potting. Beyond potting equipment, we possess a full set of production equipment including automated wave soldering machines, automatic debugging machines and fully automatic visual inkjet printers. All procedures from SMT mounting to final packaging are completed in-house without outsourcing, enabling full quality control. Our 4,500 square-meter production workshop and professional team of over 40 staff support large-batch orders of waterproof chargers with stable delivery cycles guaranteed.
