Unlike many mainstream products that only implement simple waterproof treatment on interfaces, our Waterproof battery charger features a fully sealed design with the entire circuit board encapsulated in thermally conductive epoxy resin. This not only delivers outstanding waterproof performance, but also significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency and vibration resistance. This product is particularly suitable for installation on electric vehicles, outdoor equipment, ships and other devices frequently exposed to natural environments.


Potting technology brings more than just waterproof performance. Actual test data shows that potting-encapsulated chargers achieve approximately 20% higher heat dissipation efficiency than ordinary chargers, lowering the operating temperature of components and extending service life accordingly. Meanwhile, the potting structure prevents dust and corrosive gas erosion on circuit boards, presenting unique advantages in coastal areas, chemical plants and other special environments. Potting production imposes high requirements on processes and equipment. Our factory features a dedicated potting production line equipped with automatic visual dispensing machines that precisely control glue volume and glue paths to ensure consistent potting quality across all units. The potting workshop is equipped with a constant temperature and humidity system to meet process requirements for potting. Beyond potting equipment, we possess a full set of production equipment including automated wave soldering machines, automatic debugging machines and fully automatic visual inkjet printers. All procedures from SMT mounting to final packaging are completed in-house without outsourcing, enabling full quality control. Our 4,500 square-meter production workshop and professional team of over 40 staff support large-batch orders of waterproof chargers with stable delivery cycles guaranteed.
