Application Scenarios of High-Power Aluminum-Cased Chargers
Mar 16, 2026| High-power aluminum-cased chargers, with their high power output, strong heat dissipation, and high protection characteristics, are widely used in industrial, outdoor, and special equipment charging scenarios, especially suitable for fields with high requirements for stability and environmental adaptability.
Electric forklifts, stackers, and material handling vehicles: In warehousing and logistics centers, where long-term continuous operation is required, aluminum-cased chargers can provide high currents of 48V/80A or higher, supporting rapid recharging and reducing downtime.
Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs): Combined with BMS communication functions, they achieve automatic identification and intelligent charging, improving the efficiency of unmanned operations.
Functional Component Integration (Exclusive to Industrial-Grade Chargers)
The aluminum shell of the industrial-grade charger is not only a protective component but also integrates functions such as installation, fixation, and connection:
Integrated Installation Structure: Wall-mounting holes, clips, and guide rail grooves are directly stamped into the aluminum shell, allowing direct fixation to forklift charging stations, workshop walls, or equipment racks without the need for additional brackets;
Interface Mounting Socket: The mounting socket for the charging plug (such as Anderson plugs or aviation plugs) uses an aluminum structure, enhancing mechanical strength during insertion and removal and preventing loosening of the interface due to frequent insertion and removal;
Grounding and Conductivity: The aluminum shell can serve as the charger's grounding electrode, connected to the ground wire via a grounding screw, further improving electrical safety and preventing leakage.
